We desired the new 2025 Tiguan SEL R-Line in the blue color. Mossy did not have the car, and very few were i. n Southern California VW dealers. Mossy's staff went to work, particularly Dallas, and were able to successfully find and negotiate the acquisition of the car. We were kept informed of the steps taken. When brought to Mossy, we had a pleasant and efficient buying process. (One important step for us was using Costco pricing that allowed us to skip the usual prolonged negotiating process.)
