    Becasue I brought my ID Buzz in for the recalls and becuse I did I now have a broken Navagation system.

    Service department is horrible! They don’t call people back. Set an appointment. The car sat in the driveway for 20 minutes after the appointment time. The said it would be 90 minutes for the service. It over 2 1/2 hours. Was supposed to be in for a recall and service. Recall parts weren’t ordered. Call taker failed to note the recall part of the appt. Now I need to make yet another appt and yet another trip.

    The team was so very pleasant, they went above and beyond. Both the front desk, and service team always show care and compassion while explaining the process. And, they even ordered me a lift while the service was getting done. I was able to get errands done and then picked up and returned to the dealership. Just can’t give enough praise!
